STATIC

Picture
This is the best option for the athlete who just needs a nudge.  You want a training plan but little to no involvement.  You know your heart rate and/or power zones and are very adept at listening to your body.

I will
  • write up a plan for your specific goal
  • deliver it to you via Training Peaks monthly
  • make limited changes once during the month if needed 
  • be available to you through email
  • respond to emails within 48 hours

Prices vary depending on the type of training plans desired.

DYNAMIC

This is the plan for the athlete who wants to be coached.  You want a training plan that can be modified to fit in with your ever-changing life.  You like feedback on your workouts and your progress.

I will
  • plan your training based on your specific goals
  • deliver workouts to you via Training Peaks weekly
  • make changes to the plan as necessary
  • give feedback (via email) on workouts as they are reported
  • be available to you through email and text
  • respond as soon as possible 
Prices: 
  • Runner Only $130/month
  • Short Course Triathlete $170/month
  • Long Course Triathlete $180/month

PREMIUM

This is the top of the line of what I offer.  You want more than a plan, you want personal training and coaching in a one-on-one setting.  You may have a home gym or fitness club membership, but you want someone by your side to bring out your very best.

I will
  • plan your training based on your specific goals
  • come to you for personal training and/or coaching at least once a week*
  • on days I am not with you, I will deliver training sessions via Training Peaks 
  • help you with a nutrition plan to support your specific goals**
  • be available to you through telephone/text/email
  • give you priority for returned calls.
Prices vary based on level of involvement and type of training or coaching desired.

*Dependent on gym membership
