younger ones, older ones, experienced ones, beginners. I train athletes to be more fit, to lose weight, to gain weight, to run their first race, their longest race, or their best race. I train athletes who may never participate in any race other than the one for a healthy life. I train athletes who may not even be willing to call themselves athletes yet.
Your goals, your body, your life are unlike anyone else's, so your training should be just as unique. Some workouts may be the same, but how I craft them into a plan will be as individualized as you are.
I am an athlete who trains. I love competing at the level I'm able so I do my best to do my best.
