What Does This Even Mean?
I have to admit, I am not a mathematician. I am a triathlon coach/triathlete. I never studied calculus in school; my degree is in Psychology and I have several certifications-none of which involved higher level math. However, I am married to an engineer who came up with this "logo".

Results happen when you apply training over time.
You will get results based on what is put into your training. When you train yourself you are relying solely on your own input. If you allow me to work with you, I will hold on to the long-term vision of your goals and devise a training plan to help get you there. Your part of the equation is to put in the consistent time and effort.
